.......Early Story......

The Big Bang – An epic start to everything we are yet to discover! This epic blast took place around 13.8 billion years ago. It was an epic sight, I just wished you were there to see it. The beginning of everything, stars forming a bright light, a birth/blast of thousand stars just at once, universes colliding with one another, nebulas forming in universes, magnetic fields of stars tangling around, dry matter forming in the form of unnecessary wastes of collision.

But the main events took place literally 9.3 billion years later. Now this dry matter had mixed forming big pieces of sh- *coughs* matter.. ya  matter, gases even flew around these pieces, some and when I say some I mean it, had liquids like water. Matter floating around had joined stars and moved around in their orbits. One of them was the solar system, and the third planet moving around it was a circular mass now called “Earth”.

It was an uninhabitable planet at that time, but slowly became inhabitable to its creatures 2 billion years after, but before that a similar structure which was mars-like, had crashed this planet, and all the debris of the other planet had shattered and one of the part stuck around till the end and stuck to this planet’s magnetic field and also formed a circular mass which you may call “The Moon”.

Now let’s continue to what I was saying, now the dinosaurs had risen, Dinosaurs lived during most of the Mesozoic era, a geological age that lasted from 252 million to 66 million years ago. The Mesozoic era includes the Triassic, Jurassic and Cretaceous periods. Then they went extinct like 65 million years ago, due to another asteroid. This is, in history, you may call the highest recorded ratio to hitting birds with one stone. sorry, had to add it, humour does not age And then after 60 million years, God decided to spawn a new entity, “Human”. A species very complex to understand.

Hello, I am the observer. I am everywhere, from the edge of the Universe to the walls of your house. Don’t worry, I don’t stalk you. But today, I choose to tell you about some great men who lived as villains but died as heroes doing epic shi- saviour stuff.

Chapter 1:

ABRAHAM KENNITH:- The Past Year (early life trauma)

One of these epic pieces of- *coughs* excuse me, people was Abraham Kenneth, this loser- uhum... lovely guy was a traumatized kid. Because one day, this little pei- guy and his cousin were playing football/soccer when they were like 12 or 13 (either way I don’t really care) and I guess that Kenneth lost a penalty and pushed him out of the garden *very man like thing to do * out of anger and then he had an epic/great clash with a huge damn 10 ton truck. *Damn! That thing must’ve been huge* And then that poorlittleblindkidwhodidn’tevencaretolookattheroad died! *Lol! This is serious, I hate myself* And that, is how our lovely fellow got traumatized.

15 years Later

Well, he just swore to become an explorer *can anyone please explain me what does an explorer have to do with a cousin who was fricking crashed by a truck, I mean he could’ve been a truck managing inspector or somethin’ but nahh!*.But instead became a fraud ghostsmashers/exterminators/ghosthunters *trying my best to avoid copyright*

Cut to the scene

*Enters shop* “Hey aren’t you the new guy in here, Abraham, I suppose. Right?” said the gloomy looking guy, Darrell Griffin. This guy had a gloomy look, ready to strike, eager to hunt, but still a fake. Abraham nodded his head, he wasn’t happy. The reason being he worked in a fraud company. Their scheme was I think the funniest part in this whole scam. They used to barge into anyone’s house randomly and were just like,”Hey! Did you call us? We are the Exterminators, and even if you did not call us, we don’t give a shit, there’s a ghost in your house and if you don’t want it to haunt you, we will suck ‘em”. And surprisingly, they earned loads of money with that damn funny scheme. In simple words, they weren’t nice people, they were “pure frauds”. And those who didn’t show eagerness towards their jobs, got their derrieres kicked out by their boss and were fired.

Abraham was still confused whether this decision was right or wrong for him. But you know what the fun part is, this guy fools his neighbors in thinking that he works in an old grungy sweet shop.

Gotta admit, this guy is just brilliant, like how did they even believe him so quickly?

Well, I guess the times up, the superiors just called me. Nobody other than you shall hear about me. I’ll be in touch, I will continue the story later. See you soon!

Chapter 2:

The Curse Of Festur Part 1 -

What’s inside the Basement?

The Observer: Hey, I am back, hope you have time because here’s the part where things get really big and interesting.

You: Yes please go on, I was wondering about it the whole time, plus I wasn’t able to sleep. *in mind* I hope he doesn’t tone it down to a bone-chilling story or something.

The Observer: I can hear your thoughts, and sorry, because eventually the story goes in a bit horror tone.

You: Ah damn it, here we go again........

Abraham was still lost in his thoughts when the youngest boy, Jimmy, who seemed about 21, exclaimed, “Hey, we’ve got a call, some good old dude says he saw a ghost, in the basement, he had an odd request however, he said it would require seven of us, I suppose his name was Paul umm, Kennedy or something, our line’s very poor, I told you to pay for it, Darrell!” Abraham sighed and said “That’s my father, he is a weirdo sometimes, whenever he sees something big, he says it would require 7 people to lift it, and it’s Kenneth you-” “Whoa, whoa, whoa, I would stop it right there, but you can go ahead if you wanna get fired the first day chump. And you, Jimmy, we aren’t really getting customers you know, and not everyone sees our ads, they only run for around 2 blocks, if you ask anyone who the Ghost smashers/Exterminators are, after runnin’ a mile straight west from the street, they will say, ‘Get outta here, do those even exist!’ and you would return by the time we already would’ve missed 3 clients because we would’ve expanded our region of flyers and advanced the printed copy for those flyers by then.”, responded Darrell. He continued “Now that we’ve finally got one client, let’s get moving before he thinks otherwise, pack the stuff you think is necessary and go remove the truck Vlad!” “Hey, did you even listen to a thing I was saying, that’s Paul Kenneth, my father, and you think that I can just go out there without any disguise just so that my father would recognize me right away!” said Abraham. “Look man, it’s a job at the end of the day after all, and money is money, even if it meant for me to rob the crap out of my sweet Grandma’s house down the street.” Said Darrell “But I can’t just go in there like that!”, said Abraham. “What’s the biggie deal mate? Ya behavin’ like ain’t nobody knows that you work with us, or is it like you told them you were working in a puny little sweet shop, did ya?” said a bulky and jacked up Aussie named Nathan Spencer. “Well, that’s exactly the case, I told him that I worked in a grungy ol’ sweet shop”, said Abraham. “Well, if that’s the case, I’ll toss you a spare bandana I have, a wig and some goggles. Let’s make you a grumpy ol’ man.” *dresses him up* “Will that work for ya?” asked Darrell. *Abraham looks in the mirror* “Absolutely! Thanks”, said Abraham. “Seems legit enough” said Darrell. (Man I don’t get this stuff about mortals, you know what I mean, he could’ve just straight away said “Go without me” or just faked a reason like “Oh no, I think I might have a migraine issue again, I will join you guys later, you go without me”)

*Vlad removed their truck and they set off to go to the house*

After reaching the house, Abraham was stressed, the sweat was easily seen even from far away. Paul was just waiting by the entrance when he saw them, he welcomed them and was looking at Abraham continuously until they reached the door. Finally, Paul speaked out “Hey!” The tension rose in Abraham’s mind, Darrell looked worried, but that’s when Paul said “Finally someone my age working in a team like this, you guys are so brave, how do you even manage to do this stuff, I wish Abraham was here to look at y’all, he’d had left his job right away.” A sigh of relief was given by everyone. “Well, I called 7 of you here because there is this big ghost and had surprising powers, so I called in the ‘gang-smashers’ Hahahaha” Abraham tried to mimic an old man and said “Are there any *intense cough* clues you could find? We ourselves don’t have any ghost powers to read minds ya know”. To which Paul replied, “The Basement” as if it was a major clue itself. They walked down the stairs. “Is there an ancient heirloom to have a bad sense of humour?”, asked Ben, a British. “Keep your Bo’ oh’ o’ wa’ er with you, Ben”, replied Stuart, a Canadian. It was really dark in there, the lights had cracked out. The staircase was really narrow for the seven of them to go through. Paul was way ahead shouting “Walk faster, even my father would’ve walked faster than you if he were alive.” “He must’ve been a P.E. teacher when he was young”, said Jimmy. Abraham lost his cool. He yelled, “Can you ever shut that damn talking machine of yours!” Paul said, “You kinda sound like my son when you’re angry ha-ha” while letting out a smile. The team finally arrived in the basement. Abraham was shocked to see what he found, he was never allowed in here and he knew why. There were axes hanged on the wall, creepy dolls, old pictures and weird paintings. Abraham said, “What happened in here?” Paul didn’t seem to hear what he said. “Here, follow me for the last location     I saw it”, said Paul. He opened another door, but this door was very thick, it made a creepy sound while opening. They walked through the weird room which was full of dust, but there was a chair, not any ordinary chair but it was a throne, which seemed suspicious because it didn’t have any dust over it. Also there was a creepy statue sitting over it, as if it were waiting for someone. But suddenly Abraham remembered that there was a round table, with exactly 7 chairs and 7 daggers, each dagger kept at the chair in such position, that it formed a circle.

While the other crew members saw and investigated the room place by place, Darrell was turning to ask Paul where had he noticed the ghost in the last place but till then, Paul in a deep voice greeted everyone, “Welcome aboard!” Everyone was shocked to hear this serious tone for the first time, Abraham hadn’t heard this voice even if Paul was his father, Jimmy wanted to run away but as soon as he stepped a foot, the door banged and closed. Suddenly, the beautiful garden outside turned into a dried and withered ground. All leaves started falling off the branches, and a huge gust of wind let in some of the leaves through the window, all of a sudden the windows closed, as if they were controlled by someone, Stuart and Ben were confused why they were here and started shivering, while Vlad, Nathan and Darrell stood as if nothing had happened. Abraham was about to faint but was caught by Nathan. Paul let out a maniacal laugh and also a hysterical laughter.

Suddenly, everyone noticed the writings written on the wall, Abraham read one of those,

 “Suffering is always your fate,

If you read this it is already too late,

Everything has a lock and a gate,

Figure this out or else Death will await”

Chapter 3:

The Curse of Festur Part 2 -

The word kept, but at what cost?

You: Wait, wait, wait, those rhymes really are nice, are they real and that’s a major plot twist, and how didn’t Abraham knew all along about Paul? Seems weird to me

The Observer: It is what it is kid.

You; Wow, this does not make any sense!

The Observer: Sometimes the most irrelevant things turn out to be the most relevant.

You: Ok, I guess? Soooo, does anyone die?

The Observer: Wait for it patiently kid, everything will be answered.

Everyone was confused what the rhyme meant but Darrell had seemed to have figured out the equation, he said, “Oh! Nice trick you played there old man, but we have dealt with many of you before, let’s end it here once and for all”. Abraham didn’t seemed to have understood what Darrell meant, he said “What are you even talking about?” “Sorry to say, but your father ain’t any more in control of himself, he has been controlled by the same ghost”, assured Nathan to Abraham. The rhyme had caused something to happen to Paul, Darrell noticed Paul’s eyes were white as milk and his skin turned pale.

His voice was now much deeper, “Have you guys ever heard about prophecies?” “Yes”, spoke everyone unanimously. “What about the Prophecy of Festur?”

“Nope” said Darrell. “See here old man, we don’t care about who you are, Paul or Festur, I am sure that you’ve now come to this world, so do the hell you want but just give us our money.”, continued Darrell. “That’s the main problem child, the prophecy states that once every 70 years, I overcome my empire back. I, am the first one in this stupid Kenneth family or almost in Massachusetts to obtain this power. Everyone in the Kenneth family failed to obtain this power, but only my forefather were as close to it, his final wish was to get that power, which now I have obtained, successfully. I, once in 70 years, sacrifice my people and in return, 7 people and I get to see the future, in part of rhymes they need to decode which I write whenever I lose control or just a glimpse of it, and there is only a little percentage of flukes that could change the future. The rhymes composed tell the person when their success awaits, or how the loss they will suffer be like. Paul knew it was you, Abraham, under the disguise, but didn’t want to tell. Paul was a nice guy, he brought the 7 of you here just for the curse to not be released.” Said Festur. “Father…he got us into this mess…why?”, said Abraham, trembling in fear. All the crew members were tensed on what was about to happen.

The body of Paul took one dagger. “Come forward Darrell, accept your fate and let the suffering go!”, said Festur. “Suffering is eternal, I see only one way to end this”, said Darrell. “Darrell wait, don’t listen to him, you are killing the guy’s father in front of him, atleast think twice, idiot!”, said Vlad. “I have decided, it is for our own good”, said Darrell.

He charged the dagger in the chest of Abraham’s father, Nathan entered and try to stop him meanwhile suddenly Paul’s eyes returned to normal, he said “No you fool! Wait!”. It was too late, the dagger had already been impaled through the chest, Darrell had done it already.

“Father!!”, a shout was led by Abraham, he started crying.

Paul’s body fell to the ground

“You fool, what have you done?” said Paul, he was suffocating to breathe. “What you said to do, you old fellow!! I tried to end it once and for all such that it won’t come back again”, shouted Darrell. “He was fooling you around, you have released the curse, you have doomed us all, you released the soul of Festur, we are all gonna be get killed now!”, said Paul, choking and then he became unconscious. Everyone broke. They lost all hope and had done a thing they never expected to happen. The whole room lit in red light. Ben exclaimed, “What are you wai’in’ for now, c’mon, let’s run, I can hear the house crumblin’ for above, unless you wanna get crushed! We are wasting time right now, every second we waste is gonna take us far from stopping him, let’s get this man to the hospital immediately! Run!!” Abraham and Darrell carried Paul through the narrow staircase. The door was about to be shut, there was a force from upwards, but Nathan held it and stopped it, allowing passage for them to pass, they merely escaped the house and everything crumbled to dust. “What a weird day”, said Jimmy who was still trembling. They were carrying Paul altogether when a jogger passed by, he asked them, “Woah! Why in such a condition, did a bomb blast here or something! Wait, is that blood running from his chest, I am a doctor, I can help, tell me what happened.” “Well, we were in this house which crumbled into dust because a few robbers came in, stole antique stuff, stabbed my father in the chest and broke the pillars, we managed to escape”, said Abraham, who was exhausted. “Well, I am sorry to tell you, but there was no house here to begin with, and the nearest hospital is a mile ahead up the street, take the fifth left and a second right, you will find it, I would suggest we better hurry, If you take more than 15 minutes, it is really going to cause some serious stuff and they could even get a cardiac arrest, so be quick”, said the doctor. Everyone as shocked, if there was no house here, was Abraham’s whole life a lie?  Tune in for the next chapter to know.
